Meet the Chef
Chef Robert began his culinary career in the early 1980s at Monroe’s Tower Club and has since developed a passion for creating flavorful dishes. He loves preparing Roulades—stuffed and rolled meats—and Cajun cuisine, blending creativity with Southern tradition. As ULM’s catering chef, Robert’s favorite part of the job is working with great people, from his dedicated team to the university’s clients, making every event a collaborative and memorable experience.
